Welcome to the website for The Alvington Singers.
The choir was formed in 1985 as a chamber choir, based in Kingsbridge and gathering members from around South Hams. We enjoy singing a wide range of sacred and secular choral music, and usually arrange at a number of concerts locally throughout the year.

We have two concerts planned so far in 2024, which are
Saturday 18th May - BUCKFAST ABBEY - 'Toward the Unknown Region'.
We will be performing an eclectic programme featuring the title piece 'Toward the Unknown Region' by Vaughan Williams.
Tickets are £15.00, available via the Buckfast Abbey Box Office.
Wednesday 19th June - ST. EDMUND'S CHURCH, KINGSBRIDGE - Summer Concert
We will be singing a lighter programme of sacred and secular music, including work by Purcell, Finzi and Rutter.
