The choir was formed in 1985 as a chamber choir, based in Kingsbridge and gathering members from around the South Hams. We enjoy singing a wide range of sacred and secular choral music with our inspiring Musical Director Harriet Oakley, and usually arrange a number of concerts locally throughout the year. We rehearse every Wednesday at 7.00 p.m. during term time, in The Methodist Church, Kingsbridge.
Our first concert of the year - 'SERENADE' - in All Saint's Church, Thurlestone - was a great success, with a large and appreciative audience - thank you to everyone who supported us!
We are currently looking to recruit singers for our Tenor and Bass sections, though our Soprano and Alto sections are full.
