The choir was formed in 1985 as a chamber choir, based in Kingsbridge and gathering members from around the South Hams. We enjoy singing a wide range of sacred and secular choral music, rehearsing every Wednesday at 7.00 p.m. during term time, in The Methodist Church, Kingsbridge. We usually arrange a number of concerts locally throughout the year.
We have recently begun work with our new Musical Director Robin Stubbs, and are looking forward to a small Kingsbridge-based concert on Saturday 3rdOctober along with our usual Christmas Concert in St. Edmund's Church, Kingsbridge on Wednesday 16thDecember 2026 And we have exciting plans for 2027!
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO RECRUIT SINGERS FOR OUR TENOR & BASS SECTIONS, though our Soprano and Alto sections are full.
